What are the payment options for parking?
All reservations need to be prepaid online by card. If you text or call us ahead of time, we are able to accept cash payment in person.
What are the operating hours of the parking lot?
We are open everyday from 6am to 11pm ( by appointment / reservation only). We can do special accommodations if you leave or arrive Maui earlier/later than opening hours.
Do you offer discounts for frequent parkers?
We don't yet, but we do offer discounts for longer reservations. The system will automatically give you a discount if you park with us for more than 7 days.
How is this lot secure?
We have different security sensors along the property, 4k cameras with AI tracking and monitoring, 24/7 patrol car for the businesses on our street, motion alarms, floodlights, a commercial gate which stays close if no one is inside, etc. We keep implementing new security measurements every week.
